by visiting moreofwori.com or buying something from us, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree — don't use the site.

overview

this website is operated by wori, based in Lithuania. "we", "us" and "our" mean wori. these terms apply to everyone who uses the site — browsing, buying, or sending us anything. any new features or tools we add are covered by these terms too. our store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform we sell through.

ordering

• you must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's consent
• you agree to give us current, complete and accurate details for every purchase, and to update them if they change
• you may not use our products for anything illegal, or break any laws in your country while using the site

general conditions

we can refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. your data (not card details) may travel across different networks to reach us. card details are always encrypted. you can't copy, resell or exploit any part of the site or our service without written permission from us.

products & prices

• our pieces are made in limited quantities. some are only available online and may not come back
• we try to show colours as accurately as we can, but we can't promise your screen shows them exactly right
• all prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law
• prices and products can change or be discontinued without notice — orders already confirmed are honoured at the price shown at checkout
• we can limit quantities per person, household or order

cancelled orders

we can refuse or cancel any order — including orders that look like they're placed by resellers, or that use the same account, card or address to get around quantity limits. if we cancel, we'll email you and you'll be fully refunded. if an item sells out after you've ordered it, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

errors on the site

sometimes the site may have typos or mistakes in descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or stock. we can correct them, and cancel orders affected by them, at any time — even after you've ordered. if that happens, you'll be fully refunded. the information here is general and may not always be fully up to date.

third-party tools & links

the site may use or link to third-party tools and websites we don't control. we're not responsible for their content, products or policies — check their terms before you use them.

your submissions

if you send us ideas, feedback, photos or other content (by email, DM or otherwise), we may use, edit and share it without paying you or keeping it confidential. you're responsible for what you send — it must not break anyone else's rights, be unlawful, abusive or misleading, or contain malware.

personal information

how we handle your personal data is covered by our privacy policy.

intellectual property

all wori branding, graphics, photography and content — including the daisy logo — are owned by wori. you can't reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission from us.

prohibited uses

you agree not to use the site:

• for anything unlawful, or to get others to do anything unlawful
• to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property
• to harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against anyone
• to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• to upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with our systems or security
• to collect other people's personal information
• to spam, phish, scrape or crawl

we can stop you using the site if you break any of these.

limitation of liability

we can't promise the site will always be available, secure or error-free, and we may take it down or change it at any time. to the extent permitted by law, wori is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits or data) from using the site or our products, and our liability is limited to the value of your order. none of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer — including your right to a refund, repair or replacement for faulty goods.

indemnification

if you break these terms or the law and someone makes a claim against wori because of it, you agree to cover the costs, including reasonable legal fees.

severability

if any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, it applies as far as the law allows, and the rest still stands.

termination

you can end these terms any time by stopping using the site. if we believe you've broken them, we can end your access without notice. anything owed before that point still stands.

entire agreement

these terms, plus the policies on this site, are the whole agreement between you and wori. if we don't enforce a rule straight away, that doesn't mean we've given it up.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable EU law. disputes go to the Lithuanian courts, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own.

changes to these terms

we can update these terms at any time by posting the new version here. check back now and then — using the site after a change means you accept it.
