• by placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate
• we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — if this happens, you'll be fully refunded
• all prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law
• prices may change without notice, but orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price shown at checkout

product availability

we do our best to keep inventory accurate in real time, but in rare cases an item may sell out after your order is placed. if this happens, we'll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

intellectual property

all wori branding, graphics, photography, and content — including the daisy logo — are owned by wori. you can't reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission from us.

user conduct

when using this site, you agree not to:

• attempt to access or interfere with our systems
• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

limitation of liability

wori is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law. our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable EU regulations. any disputes will be handled in Lithuanian courts, unless EU consumer protection law provides otherwise.
