we ship worldwide. every order is packed with care and sent out as fast as we can. here's what to expect.

processing time

orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase. drops and high-traffic periods may take slightly longer — we'll always let you know if something's up.

shipping perks

free shipping to Lithuania on orders over €90. and 15% off on orders over €150. don't wori, you'll see it at checkout.

tracking

once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. give it 24–48 hours to update after you receive it.

customs & duties

for orders outside the EU — customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country. these charges are out of our hands and are the buyer's responsibility. we have no control over them and can't predict what they'll be. check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.

lost or delayed packages

if your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, hit us up before you do anything else. we'll look into it. we're not responsible for delays caused by customs or your local carrier, but we'll always do our best to help sort it out.
