returns & exchanges

we only accept returns on items that arrive faulty or damaged. here's how it works.

returns

we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. to be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged, and it must be returned unused and in the same condition you received it.

change of mind or wrong size doesn't qualify for a return.

how to return

for returns and exchanges, email wori.originals@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the fault or damage. we'll send you the return address.

don't send anything back before you hear from us — parcels sent to the shipping label address won't reach us.

shipping costs

you're responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

defected items

products listed as "defected" on the product page are sold as-is and aren't eligible for returns or refunds.

customs charges

if any customs charges incur, they're payable by you and won't be covered by wori.
