returns & exchanges

got something faulty or damaged? we'll sort it. here's what you need to know.

eligibility

we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. to be eligible, your item must be:

  • faulty or damaged
  • unused and in the same condition you received it

change of mind doesn't qualify. we only accept returns for items that arrived with a genuine fault or damage.

how to return

email us at wori.originals@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. we'll take it from there.

return shipping

return shipping costs are on you. shipping costs are non-refundable — if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

exchanges

want a replacement instead of a refund? reach out to the same email and we'll do our best based on availability.

defected items

products listed as "defected" on the product page are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or refunds. this will always be clearly marked before you buy.
